When you think about oxygen therapy, it makes sense. When we exercise we breath deeper and take in more oxygen. Because of this we expel a greater amount of carbon dioxide from our bodies. Carbon dioxide is the waste matter created when the oxygen dissolves body fat. So if this is true, wouldn't adding oxygen through oxygen therapy result in weight loss? Like I said it makes sense, but does it really work? There are those who swear by oxygen therapy and those who brush it off and say it works like a placebo. If you believe something works then it tends to work. Despite being banned in some countries and debunked by large sections of the 'conventional' medical profession, there is plenty of evidence that oxygen therapy produces health benefits for many conditions far cheaper and much faster, without the side effects of pharmaceuticals. If you are interested in trying oxygen therapy it is administered in one of two ways:
1-A facial mask attached to an oxygen tank.
2-Daily sessions of diluted hydrogen peroxide administer via an intravenous drip.
