I had always thought that oxygen therapy was a pretty routine medical treatment for patients in the hospital or with respiratory distress, but after reading about it on wikipedia, it sounds like oxygen therapy can be kind of dangerous in some situations. I was surprised. I'd heard about these oxygen bars and thought it would be fun and safe to go to one, but after reading the precautions, I may not. I may think about an antioxidant, instead. There are so many antioxidant therapies on the market now, and I know they are 100% safe in recommended doses.
It's hard to get wholesome food now without growing it yourself. I had a chat with my cousin who raises chickens for eggs, and he told me how eggs are brought to market, and have decided that I might start buying my eggs locally from now on from local ranchers. I already put my winter garden in, and the spinach, onions, peas, and swiss chard are up. These will be highly nutritious foods, since I will just walk out the door and harvest when I want to eat them.
